Aren't these two statements contradicting? I can confirm that in the vanilla Minetest 0.4.9 with v6 world generator, papyrus does in fact grow when placed near water.
- Yes, this is correct. The stacements are contradicting. I changed the last word of the first statement to “everywhere”. Now both statements should make sense.
