Tools which wear off can be repaired by placing two tools of the same kind into the Crafting grid. The resulting tool will be less worn off. The “health” of the resulting too will be the sum of the “health” of both input tools, plus a game-specific bonus. The recipe is shapeless.
In Minetest Game, most tools can be repaired and tools will receive a 2% bonus.
Example:
Name | Ingredients | Input → Output | ||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
repaired Steel Shovel | 2 worn Steel Shovels |
|
Other Luanti games and mods may change this percentage or even disallow repairing completely.
