Torches are a type of block crafted by the player that emit light permanently when placed and never burn out. Torches, when wielded, can also be used as a tool to ignite TNT and gun powder by punching.
They can be placed on walls, floors and ceilings can be taken immediately by the hand. Torches can’t hold themselves and fall if they there is no supporting block next to it.
Water can flow into a torch, which makes it pop out as an item.
