Dirt with Dry Grass is a solid block which can be mined with a shovel or even bare hands. It drops dirt. It can be cultivated by a hoe.
This block supports the growth of all sorts of small plants, just like Dirt with Grass.
This block will turn back into regular dirt if it stands too long in the shadow. It does noes spread.
